Refund and Returns
RETURN/ REFUND CONDITIONS:
We will be happy to refund your purchase, provided that return request is made within 10 days of the purchase date
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
The customer acknowledges that all product is unique is unique, and slight differences in pattern and coloration may occur with each product. Product imagery used on our site may differ slightly compared to that of product delivered, due to factors such as screen quality and the unique nature in which we make our product.
So return made on these ground won’t be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 5 days of delivery.
Minus DEGRE is committed to packing and protecting its products to be shipped.
To return an item,
Go to the My Account > Orders > Select Returns/Refund option. Fill up the form to submit your request.
You can also return an item by email customer service at email@example.com.
RETURNS FROM INDIA:
Returns from within INDIA can be made with Indian Post. You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose (we will only refund on economy delivery method). We will not refund charges incurred by you from private carriers. Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office.
MINUS DEGRE will not be responsible for any duty/customs fees for returns made from outside if India.
PACKAGING YOUR RETURN:
When returning your purchase, please enclose the order summary and confirmation of return with your parcel and write the returns address clearly on the outside.
You must ensure that the returned items are sent in original packaging & in a padded envelope for protection.

Once we have received your parcel we will start the refund process as soon as possible. Payment will be refunded upon inspection of your returned item(s) and on condition that the criteria of our returns policy have been met. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside of our control. We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post.

We at MINUS DEGRE believe in taking full responsibility of our product, from manufacture to the end of its life. Should your product become damaged or broken (due to frequent wear) we offer you the opportunity to return them to us, in exchange for a 20% discount on your next order. This allows us the opportunity to properly recycle the product. We will disassemble the product, separating different materials from plastic if the product contain mix of different materials. The plastic will be recycled again and given new life in the form of new MINUS DEGRE product, and the other materials will be sent away for proper recycling. Contact us on Contact Us for more info.
